Booth Sizes:

• Single Trade Booths are limited to 2m x 1m - back & side walls are blue and are velcro compatible
• Double Trade Booths are limited to 4m x 1m - back & side walls are blue and are velcro compatible

Booth Inclusions:

• Walls:  2.3 m high Velcro compatible front runner covered walls in blue
• Signage:  Installed on the back wall of the booth is a white corflute backing board with blue vinyl lettering- maximum of 30 characters including spaces
• Lighting:  1 x 300-watt spotlight on arm per stand.  Mounted on the back wall unless otherwise specified
• Power:  1 x 4 amp power point per stand.  Located in rear corner of stand unless otherwise specified.

Exhibitor Bump in & out:

• Exhibitor Bump In:       Tuesday 7th October from 13:00pm and Wednesday 8th October from 6:00am
• Exhibitor Bump Out:    Thursday 9th Octber from 15:30 - 17:00pm

Delivery Instructions for Exhibition Goods:

• All boxes delivered to Novotel must have attached to the top of each box the "Shipping Label Exhibition Goods" below.
• Goods must be delivered on Friday 3rd October or Monday 4th October at the latest.
• Service Lift measurements are:
  • Height 2.1m
  • Door Width 1.1m
  • Width:  1.37m (inside lift)
  • Depth:  1.9m
• The ICTC Society must be notified, prior to shipment, of the number and size of boxes being shipped, freight company and anticipated date of delivery.

Delivery Instructions for Satchel Inserts:

• All boxes delivered to Novotel must have attached to the top of each box the "Shipping Label Satchel Insert" below.
• Goods must be delivered on Friday 3rd October only as satchels will be packed on Monday 4th October.
• The ICTC Society must be notified, prior to shipment, of the number and size of boxes being shipped, freight company and anticipated date of delivery.
